Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst. The position will be based at our facility in Wilsonville, OR.<br><br>The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.<br><br>Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong>The position supports Eaton’s supply chain purchasing department by owning a product line. This individual will take leadership of cost reduction projects, quality, and delivery. Performs administrative functions related to ordering and expediting the material required to meet the production schedule and to manage the inventory to meet the plant’s financial and safety objectives.<br><br><strong>In This Function You Will<br><br></strong><ul><li> Negotiate prices, terms, delivery, and conditions of purchase from suppliers for a variety of assigned commodities</li><li> Responsible for all material orders for assigned product lines, including managing both internal and external vendors</li><li> Handle escalations of past due Purchase Orders and coordinate with vendors. Work on identifying root causes of OTP issues with the vendors to mitigate future OTP issues.</li><li> Drive fast-response to last minute material needs and follow-up to determine root cause and corrective action to sustain improvements</li><li> Responsible for initiating and driving DMR (discrepant material report) process so our vendors get feedback on issues and drive to root cause</li><li> Responsible for daily inventory efforts, including adjustments, stock checks, Kanban changes and performing Kanban charge-outs for internal/external vendors (scan/verify quantity)</li><li> Responsible for providing daily up-to-date material status on orders to Production staff & Management</li><li> Responsible for leading inventory efforts (with support from Power Center management) for the location. This includes facilitating meetings, distribution of inventory materials, ensuring compliance with inventory procedures, etc. to meet Days on Hand (DOH) objectives</li><li> Coordinate communication between engineering, operations, planners, and suppliers to ensure that pertinent information is disseminated accurately and efficiently</li><li> Responsible for cost-out initiatives, including premium freight reduction & inventory optimization</li><li> Maintain good working relationships with Customers, Distributors, Sales, Supply Chain, and internal plant personnel in support of quality customer service efforts</li><li> Interface with suppliers, as a representative of Eaton/ to provide a most favorable corporate image<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Required (Basic) Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Associates degree from an accredited institution</li><li> Minimum of 2 years’ experience in either a customer service, administrative role, or supply chain role required</li><li> Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
