The Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to represent Arctic Spas while servicing, delivering and installing customer’s new spas.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Repair customer’s hot tubs at their location – can include changing pumps, filters, and heaters
  • Troubleshooting electrical problems
  • Tracing and repairing leaks
  • Learn all aspects of a Professional Spa Delivery, including what to look for on a Site Check.
  • Maintain stock and parts in all service vehicles and warehouse, including keeping these areas and vehicles clean.
  • Order parts and accessories as required or inform the person in charge of ordering product.
  • Maintain tools used in day-to-day service, including all hand tools, specialty tools, the spa dolly, etc.
  • Perform all service calls in a timely and organized fashion, taking what is required to fix the spa the first time, and avoiding unnecessary 2nd and 3rd trips to the customer’s house.
  • Record all parts used on a service call and return used parts to the service office for warranty.
  • Fill in all warranty paperwork at the end of each day, attaching tags to specific parts as required.
  • Learn and perform Pre-Delivery Inspections on all spas scheduled for delivery.
  • Learn and teach customers water chemistry and regular spa maintenance.
  • Learn and teach customers operation of the Top Side Control along with other spa features.
  • Receive and schedule service calls.
  • Update and maintain Service Logbook.
  • Be courteous and professional at all times.

This full-time role provides a dynamic work-life balance, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and bonuses. Enjoy health, dental, and life insurance after 90 days and the equivalent of two weeks vacation annually.

Some travel within the province may be required – there is also potential for travel or relocation to other Arctic Spas locations within North America.

A valid driver’s license and ability to be insured will be required. Confirmation of employment will be contingent on an acceptable driver's abstract provided by the candidate.
