This role is crucial for delivering successful deployments of IBM Cloudability and related FinOps solutions for our enterprise clients. It requires a strong mix of technical expertise in cloud cost optimization, a deep understanding of cloud-native environments, and exceptional client-facing consulting skills. You'll guide customers through the entire implementation process, from initial requirements and architecture design to hands-on integration, configuration, and knowledge transfer.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead Implementation & Integration</strong> which will drive the end-to-end deployment of IBM Cloudability for multi-cloud cost visibility, allocation, and optimization. This includes integrating data from various public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and, when applicable, configuring Kubecost for Kubernetes cost monitoring.</li><li><strong>Solution Design & Strategy</strong> as a trusted advisor to clients by conducting requirements workshops to understand their cloud environments, governance models, and financial needs. Design and architect scalable FinOps solutions, implementing robust tagging and labeling methodologies to enable accurate chargeback and showback reporting.-</li><li><strong>Client Engagement & Enablement</strong> where you’ll serve as the primary technical point of contact during project delivery. You will empower client teams through hands-on training and mentorship on Cloudability and Kubecost features, administration, and best practices. You will also create clear documentation, including runbooks and operational workflows.</li><li><strong>Optimization & Value Realization</strong> in helping clients identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities and drive a culture of continuous optimization. You'll translate usage and efficiency patterns into clear business narratives and recommendations, demonstrating the platform’s value to stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Advanced Technical Support</strong> where you will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to integrations and configurations.
