Amazon Robotics is seeking a proactive and customer-obsessed Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Fulfillment Solutions team. As a CSM, you will lead the post-sale relationship with Amazon internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and long-term satisfaction with Amazon Robotics technologies in our global fulfillment network. This remote role is central to maintaining Amazon’s world-class fulfillment operations by partnering directly with Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FCs), ensuring that our robotics systems are operating efficiently and scaling with customer demand. The Customer Success Manager will act as the primary liaison between FC operations teams and Amazon Robotics, leveraging data insights, customer feedback, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the use and performance of robotic solutions. You will proactively address technical and operational challenges, help develop support processes, and guide continuous improvement strategies to maximize the value derived from our automated systems.
