As a shift supervisor, you’ll set the example for our high standards and help shape the Starbucks Experience. You’ll coordinate daily operations, work side by side with our baristas, and ensure that customers enjoy excellent service and perfectly crafted products.

Experience Required


- One year in a customer service role in either retail or food service

Key Qualifications


- Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to work varied hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of and adherence to store operations and policies, including quality, safety, and cash handling
- Minimum six months’ experience in a role with frequent customer interaction
- Capability to prepare food and beverages according to recipes or special requests
- Minimum six months’ experience overseeing or planning tasks for at least two other team members
