You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Sales, Product, Partnerships, and others to drive measurable business results and growth.<br><br>What you’ll do<br><br>We're seeking an experienced, creative, and results-oriented marketer who knows the startup ecosystem to drive world-class field marketing for Startup and SMBs in the Americas region. This field marketer will be responsible for defining, executing, and leading a marketing strategy that delivers growth and revenue at scale for startups and small-to-medium businesses in the US and Canada. The ideal candidate is data-driven, relentlessly seeks to optimize, stays at the cutting edge of modern marketing practices, and has a passion for collaborating with sales teams to drive successful customer outcomes. As a member of the Americas Marketing team, this is a great opportunity to build and have a significant impact on our rapidly growing business.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop and oversee the regional field marketing strategy and execution plan to fuel pipeline growth with the Startups and SMB sales teams across the Americas</li><li>Own key business and revenue metrics, providing cross-functional insights to drive continuous optimization and improvement</li><li>Partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns</li><li>Lead the development and implementation of the Americas regional events strategy, including third-party and Stripe-hosted events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)</li><li>Design and execute mid- and lower-funnel regional marketing programs to accelerate leads, opportunities, and revenue growth</li><li>Serve as a thought leader representing the Americas as we build Stripe's global startup and SMB strategies</li><li>Develop a focus on acquiring AI companies and creating compelling plans, offers and approaches to effectively engage this unique cohort</li><li>Leverage Stripe's marketing tech stack and analytics capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize the field marketing engine<br><br><br></li></ul>Who you are<br><br>We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.<br><br><strong>Minimum Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of relevant B2B field marketing experience, leading regional strategies across multiple customer segments, and products</li><li>Proven track record of executing field marketing programs and events that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline growth</li><li>Expertise in developing and executing scaled and targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns across the full funnel</li><li>Experience working in both digital and in-person event environments, with a deep understanding of how to integrate event experiences into the buyer's journey</li><li>Successful track record of collaborating with Sales teams, including joint planning, lead management, and earning trust as a strategic partner</li><li>Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with ability to synthesize and communicate business health with leadership</li><li>Experience working with funded startups or VCs in North America is preferred</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities</li><li>Startup mentality with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment<br><br><br></li></ul>Hybrid work at Stripe<br><br>This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).<br><br>In-office expectations<br><br>Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.<br><br>Working remotely at Stripe<br><br>A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently live or plan to live.<br><br>Pay and benefits<br><br>The annual US base salary range for this role is $138,500 - $207,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
