About the position

The Seasonal Part-Time Operations Associate at Ralph Lauren is responsible for providing exemplary customer service and maintaining efficient support in various store operations functions. This role includes tasks related to shipping and receiving, stock room management, cash office duties, and administrative support. The position is seasonal, lasting a maximum of three months, and requires a commitment to uphold the company's standards and regulations while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all supplies for office and facilities needs and grooming products for associates.
  • Work with Accounts Payable to ensure all invoices are approved correctly and promptly.
  • Support the Shrink Reduction Plan by demonstrating knowledge of shrinkage control and reporting violations.
  • Coordinate the accessories repair service process through external vendors.
  • Manage engraving and embossing services.
  • Assist with inventory preparation and execution.
  • Assess store processes and procedures for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company regulations and standards.
  • Execute accurate Cash Office processes and ensure compliance with POS audit sections.
  • Control and replenish supplies as requested by management.
  • Demonstrate a passion and respect for the product and maintain a positive demeanor.
