Spiideo is seeking a remote Part-Time Customer Support Agent based in North America. In this role, you will assist Spiideo customers with incoming requests, triage support tickets, escalate incidents, create tutorials and user guides, and serve as the first point of contact for our users. You will also help investigate bugs, test new features, and provide feedback to the product team. This is an opportunity to work with leading sports organizations worldwide while supporting our cloud-based video analysis and streaming solutions. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming requests from customers and manage tickets according to SLA - Escalate technical issues to the Operations team - Create help center tutorials, articles, and manuals - Act as an advocate for customers across all products - Test features, replicate bugs, and provide feedback to product teams - Share a passion for professional sports and delivering excellent service Requirements: - Availability during evenings and weekends - Background in sports and/or technical support - Fluent English, written and spoken Preferred Qualifications: - Customer service mindset and problem-solving skills - Bilingual is a plus - Comfortable in fast-paced environments and weekend shifts - Ability to work independently - Passion for sports and technology Compensation & Availability: - $17 per hour - 15–20 hours per week (weekday evenings and weekends) Location: Remote position in North America.
