Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to spearhead all marketing efforts for SEHT. This is a critical role in driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and overall business growth. Immediate goal of this position is to significantly improve app downloads and increase user engagement and app usage. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-growth startups, ideally having taken a company through at least Series A funding.


Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy:

  • Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and channel selection.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure ROI.

Brand Building:

  • Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Manage public relations and media outreach to build brand awareness and generate media coverage.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing and branding materials (e.g., website, social media content, brochures, presentations).

Product Marketing:

  • Develop and execute product launch strategies, including pre-launch campaigns, early adopter programs, and post-launch marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and refine product positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure product-market fit and gather user feedback.

User Acquisition & Growth:

  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, search, display).
  • Manage content marketing efforts, including blog posts, articles, social media content, and video marketing.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with a strong focus on B2C marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and growth in high-growth startups.
  • Experience taking a startup through at least Series A funding.

Marketing Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing).
  • Experience with data-driven marketing and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

Leadership & Management:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Healthcare Industry Experience (Preferred):

  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a strong plus.

Note: This is an equity-based position. Compensation will primarily be in the form of stock options, with flexibility to receive part of the compensation in salary for India-based applicants.
