The Human Resources Assistant is a key member of the PSG-California HR team and works closely with the Corporate Shared Services team. The HR Assistant provides support to the Human Resources department in functional areas including recruitment activities, employee onboarding, maintenance of employee records, report administration, e-Time, Payroll review, HRIS data entry, Company functions/events, back-up Administrative Assistant, and support for training programs and talent assessments. This role will be required to work in a team as well as own individual tasks.

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Recent graduate with Human Resource BA/BS degree will be considered in lieu of 3 years' experience.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification (preferred)
  • A minimum of 3 years' human resources experience in a large, (300+) fast-paced, and growing manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - including VLOOKUP's, pivot tables
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • SuccessFactors, Workday or similar HRIS experience.
  • ADP experience a plus.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish a plus

Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 hour

 

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
