About the position

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst to analyze and interpret HR data, providing insights to support decision-making and developing reports and dashboards that enhance organizational performance. This role involves collaboration with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity and deliver metrics that drive overall HR strategy. The position may be remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field and 10+ years of experience, or a Master's degree and 8+ years of experience, or a PhD or JD and 5+ years of experience.
  • 10 or more years of related experience preferably in HR data analysis or HRIS, within a large organization.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle HCM, OTBI, Oracle BI Publisher, and SQL.
  • Strong background in HR metrics, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM and OTBI for developing reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with BI Publisher for report generation and customization.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools and techniques.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional HRIS platforms or tools.
  • Certification in HR Analytics or Oracle HCM.
