Elements Hospitality is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who is passionate about service, thrives in team environments, and excels in verbal communication. This full-time role will focus on planning, executing, and delivering construction projects, ensuring that client relationships are nurtured, and project goals are met. This position is located and based out of our office in Lynden, WA. Remote in WA, OR, ID, CA also considered.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control, ensuring projects meet customer timelines and expectations.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective reporting, conferencing, and on-site visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams,      vendors, sub-contractors, and Elements staff to achieve project success through positive teamwork and mutual support.
  • Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring financial and timeline success.
  • Communication: Manage RFI and submittal      processes, and ensure the project is progressing efficiently through      proactive communication with team members and clients.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep track of key project documents and maintain accurate records, providing necessary updates for forecasting, invoicing, and project reports.

  Position Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in project management or related role in the commercial construction/renovation industry, national hospitality experience a plus.
  • Hotel PIP’s, specs and knowledge preferred.
  • PMP, CMP or other PM specific certification desired.
  • LEED, OSHA 30, and LEAN 6 Sigma desired.
  • Competency and solid experience in reading building plans and plan management.
  • Experience implementing process strategies.
  • Understands and reflects Elements MIGs (Partnerships, Culture, Risk Management, Deliverables) and company culture.
  • Self-management and drive are key to success in this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Procore PM certification suite, MS Project certification, Bluebeam University, and Excel Associate  (MOS).
  • Ability to work closely and cooperatively with others. Relationship building and retention mastery.
  • Competency in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient and effective communicator with high attention to detail.
  • · Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
