Title: CPT-10000 Amazon Listing Optimization & Store Management Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – e-Commerce VA/Entry-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced, and fashion-savvy Business Support VA to help manage and optimize product listings, A+ content, and infographics for the brand’s Amazon store. The VA will be trained in the company’s internal processes but should already have hands-on experience in Amazon product listing optimization, including keyword research, copy improvement, and design coordination for listing images and infographics.

This position requires English fluency with strong comprehension and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain a clear and professional tone in all interactions. A solid understanding of Amazon’s best practices and familiarity with fashion e-commerce trends are also essential for success in this role.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

    1. Amazon Listing Optimization

    • Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings with relevant keywords, titles, bullet points, and descriptions to improve visibility and conversion.
    • Develop and implement A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) for select listings.
    • Work closely with the client to ensure all product details align with the brand’s tone and fashion-focused presentation.

    2. Amazon Store Management

    • Maintain the backend of the Amazon Seller Central account, ensuring listings are up-to-date, pricing is correct, and product information is accurate.
    • Track listing performance and report issues related to ranking, visibility, or product variations.
    • Assist with inventory coordination and monitor stock levels as needed.

    3. Future Expansion Support (FBA & Shopify)

    • Assist with the future setup and management of Amazon FBA operations, including product listings, shipping plans, and replenishment.
    • Support integration or cross-listing efforts with Shopify, ensuring consistency between platforms.
    • Learn and apply FBA best practices to prepare for scale.

    4. Reporting & Coordination

    • Maintain organized records of all listing changes, performance metrics, and content updates.
    • Provide weekly progress reports summarizing optimization activities and performance insights.
    • Communicate proactively with the client regarding updates, suggestions, or any listing issues.


Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (required).
  • Proven experience in listing optimization, keyword research, and A+ content creation.
  • Familiarity with women’s fashion or similar retail industries (strongly preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for keyword and listing analysis.
  • Familiar with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms (a plus).
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience creating or coordinating infographics and visual content for e-commerce listings.


    Work Schedule

    • Contracted Hours per Week: 10-20 Hours
    • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
    • Daily Working Time: TBD PST

    Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

    Terms of Engagement

    • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
    • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
    • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
