Your role will involve assisting in daily store operations, developing strategies to drive sales, and ensuring compliance with company policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

You will also be responsible for maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards, while upholding Sephora brand excellence in-store. In this position, you will play a crucial role in client satisfaction by ensuring high levels of service, handling client complaints, and supporting client loyalty programs. You will assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity and performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, client management abilities, and a knack for attracting and inspiring employees. You will also need to be flexible with your availability to work a retail schedule and be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as well as stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Help develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and increase profitability.
  • Assist in coordinating and overseeing sales and profitability, performance, service, and operations.
  • Assist in leading, coaching, and motivating a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, manage employee development, and provide ongoing feedback.
