About the position

Design Your Future at PVH as a Stockroom Associate- Part Time for TOMMY HILFIGER. The Stockroom Associate plays a crucial role in the overall responsibility for shipping and receiving merchandise, maintaining an organized and manageable stock and off-site storage area, and processing merchandise to ensure it is 'floor ready'. This position is essential in generating maximum sales potential by upholding high customer service standards, maintaining store appearance, keeping merchandise filled to appropriate levels on the sales floor, and minimizing shortages. The Stockroom Associate will be responsible for receiving and shipping tasks, including processing HUB, third-party deliveries, and special orders. An organized stockroom and off-site area is vital for maximizing sales volume, ensuring that merchandise styles and sizes are well represented on the sales floor. The associate will also maintain visual presentation standards that align with the division's philosophy and direction when placing or restocking merchandise on the sales floor. It is important to maintain appropriate sales floor inventory levels and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. Customer service is the number one priority for this role, and the Stockroom Associate must follow all customer service guidelines. The associate will work as part of a team to accomplish store goals, maintain a professional image, and adhere to the divisional dress code policy. Flexibility in working rotating hours, as assigned by management, is required. The associate will also ensure that store staff is treated professionally and courteously, take an active role in their own development, and communicate any concerns to management. Operational responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in all paperwork, following company policies and procedures, and maintaining productivity in non-selling tasks such as shipment processing, inventory counting, and price change activities. The Stockroom Associate will also maintain the store appearance to reflect division standards, replenish merchandise in a timely manner, and keep management informed of all merchandise-related issues.
