We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Operations Associate. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong attention to detail, we would love for you to join our team.

  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations based on their needs.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking products as needed and communicating any discrepancies to management.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  8. Assist with store merchandising, including setting up displays and signage to promote sales and highlight new products.
  9. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current industry trends and sales strategies.
  10. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management, striving to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Perform regular store maintenance tasks, such as restocking supplies and cleaning restrooms, to uphold a clean and inviting environment for customers.
  12. Assist with receiving and organizing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in team meetings and offering support to fellow team members.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the retail store.
