Strategic Executive Assistant Needed

Are you a proactive EA who thrives on initiating change, adapting on the fly, and keeping a fast-paced visionary client grounded? If you bring at least 3 years of direct executive support experience, we’re looking for someone just like you.

This is more than a task-ticking role, it’s about strategic partnership, leading the client, and driving action with confidence and clarity.

What This Role Is

  • Part-time (starts around 12 hours/week with potential to grow, if desired)
  • Remote, with flexibility and autonomy
  • Support a high-level entrepreneur who moves fast and thinks big
  • Be the anchor, the air traffic controller, and the strategic thought partner to help bring clarity, structure, and execution
