We’re looking for a talented, efficient, and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our dynamic, remote team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating engaging visual content, with a heavy focus on website UI/UX design. We welcome both experienced designers and high-potential graduates who are ready to hit the ground running.

What You’ll Do:

  • Web Design & UI: Use Figma to design high-fidelity website layouts, landing pages, and interactive components that are ready for developer handoff.
  • Creative Content: Design eye-catching graphics for logos, digital advertisements, and marketing materials (e.g., newsletters).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and Developers to understand project goals and target audiences.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Efficiency: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Figma Expertise: You must be highly efficient and knowledgeable in Figma for website design (components, auto-layout, and prototyping).
  • Strong Portfolio: A showcase of your design skills, specifically highlighting web design and creative layout work, specifically designs made for Home Service clients
  • Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and UI/UX principles.
  • Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for asset creation.
  • Communication: Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to explain your design decisions.
  • Time Management: The ability to work within the Central Daylight Time (CDT) window and meet tight deadlines effectively.
