We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN) for Remote eICU Care to join our dynamic team. This role allows you to provide critical care support remotely, monitoring and assisting ICU patients across multiple locations using advanced telehealth technology. Responsibilities

  • Monitor ICU patients remotely using advanced telemedicine systems.
  • Collaborate with on-site medical teams to assess, diagnose, and respond to patient needs in real time.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to bedside healthcare staff.
  • Analyze vital signs, lab results, and clinical data to ensure timely interventions.
  • Escalate critical situations and coordinate emergency interventions when necessary.
  • Document patient assessments and interventions in accordance with hospital policies and compliance standards.
  • Participate in virtual rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Educate and support on-site nursing teams to enhance patient care.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in the state of practice (compact licensure preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of critical care or ICU nursing experience required.
  • Telehealth or remote patient monitoring experience is a plus.
  • Strong ability to multitask, analyze clinical data, and make quick decisions.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telemedicine technology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High-speed internet and a dedicated, HIPAA-compliant workspace at home.
