The Opportunity:

To help scale the world's #1 system for self-improvement. As a Senior Analytics Engineer at GrowthDay, you'll play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and managing our data infrastructure to drive product-led growth and AI innovation. You'll build scalable, high-performance data solutions, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and empowering the organization with actionable insights. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data architecture and driving business impact through data-driven decisions
What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Optimize our data ecosystem across Snowflake, MongoDB, and DBT.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and integrity across platforms like Rudderstack, Cognito, Braze, and Strapi.
  • Build robust data models and reporting structures using Tableau, Mixpanel, Statsig, and other BI tools.
  • Take pre-extracted data from various disparate sources and build and maintain complex data models for reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Establish best practices for data security, compliance, and efficient query performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.

You Are What We Are Looking For If:

  • You have 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or similar roles, ideally in a SaaS startup environment.
  • You are highly skilled in Snowflake, MongoDB, DBT, and BI tools (Tableau, Mixpanel, Statsig)
  • You have experience integrating and managing data pipelines using Rudderstack, Cognito, Braze, and Strapi.
  • You excel at data modeling, ETL processes, and optimizing data infrastructure for scalability and performance.
  • You have hands-on experience with DBT or SQL Mesh and Snowflake/BigQuery.
  • You thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments, proactively identifying and solving challenges.

Compensation

$110,000-$120,000 USD
