We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our remote support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via live chat, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient customer experience.

This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, making it ideal for self-starters who are organized, empathetic, and enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
