Our Opportunity: Chewy is looking for a Photo Producer to join our in-house Production team based in Plantation, FL. The role will serve as a core member of the production team, responsible for all photo requests including campaigns, direct mailers, social and website content. Candidates for this position have a strong photo production background and deep understanding of working across multiple business units, various channels and facilitating delivery for multiple platforms with a scalable approach. This position will report into the Manager, Production III. What You’ll Do: + Produce photo shoots for Chewy Studios managing the process from kickoff through retouching and delivery + Oversee all aspects of photo productions day of, in studio and on location + Work and collaborate closely with creatives, producers, studio project management, studio teams, and creative management in all stages. + Support video producers as needed on video production. + Prepare and actively manage schedules from pre-production through post-production. + Responsible for overseeing and tracking project budgets + Analyze and manage shared resources, workspaces, project setup, freelance resources and deliverables + Manage projects in project management system and assets in MAM / DAM + Additional responsibilities as needed + Act as a steward of the brand, ensuring all work adheres to company standards while also participating in brand governance. What You’ll Need: + 5+ years of experience in photo/video production and post-production. + The ideal candidate is not only comfortable but thrives in the ambiguity and change that comes with production, can handle a high volume of projects and is strong multi-tasker + Demonstrated ability to set priorities, utilize resources, stay organized, lead a production crew, and meet tight deadlines. + Communicate effectively one-on-one and in large group settings. + Able to work in the grey and drive clarity as needed + Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a team player, positive attitude, and problem solver. + Ability to work on set daily for entirety of shoot, this position can not be done remotely About Chewy Studios: We are the ultimate one-stop shop for creative at chewy.com.
