About the position

DEPCOM Power is seeking a PV/BESS Construction Scheduler to manage and maintain schedules for a portfolio of solar projects. This role involves collaboration with construction and engineering teams to ensure project timelines are met while driving innovation in the renewable energy sector. The position is primarily based in Scottsdale, AZ, but remote work is an option depending on the candidate's experience.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain schedules for Utility Scale PV Solar, Battery Storage, and Repowering projects.
  • Utilize scheduling software to track future projects, personnel, equipment, and overall company demand.
  • Support multiple project teams and their scheduling requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project execution teams to optimize project execution plans and minimize risks.
  • Work with business development teams and external customers to provide schedules that align with project goals.
  • Align construction schedules with subcontractors to support project objectives.
  • Perform contractor schedule and recovery plan reviews and support project progress reporting.
