SUMMARY

Armor Enterprise Cloud is a leading service that helps organizations secure mission-critical data sensitive workloads through turnkey and compliant infrastructure. With built-in security and compliance controls managed by experts, customers benefit from streamlined compliance that aligns with major regulatory frameworks and requirements, comprehensive protection, and 24/7 threat detection and response.

The Director of Product will lead the development and management of the Armor Enterprise Cloud solution and infrastructure, solving complex technical problems to drive platform performance and efficiency to meet constantly evolving customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product strategy, define requirements, and oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of the Armor Enterprise Cloud product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
  • Develop business cases, product requirements, and go-to-market strategies for new product initiatives.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals, while ensuring cross-functional alignment on product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle, from defining a product roadmap and breaking it down into discrete features and tasks for backlog planning with design and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party products and services, ensuring alignment with Armor product goals and performance standards
  • Ensure ongoing product performance by defining clear OKRs, KPIs and metrics for data-driven analysis and optimization of product performance
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and external consumption

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans with experience in Agile development methodologies and PDLC.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to evaluate and balance competing business, customer, and technical needs to make data-driven decisions and ensure optimal resource allocation.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise cloud solutions, security, and compliance.
