<p>Boeing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Technology (OT) Lead to play a pivotal role in our Technology Governance program. As the OT Lead, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing OT policies and standards specific to oversight and governance of OT technology assets. A critical aspect of this role will be to bridge the gap between IT and OT, ensuring the seamless integration of solutions and processes to enhance security, reliability, and efficiency across the technology landscape.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>You will collaborate closely with IT, OT Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders to drive a unified approach to centralized asset visibility and technology governance across the Boeing Enterprise. This will include overseeing the technical onboarding of manufacturing environments and their OT assets into a centralized tool used to provide reporting and status of technology risk and compliance via ongoing monitoring.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Oversee complex customer engagements across factories, labs, and facilities environments, acting as an advisor on advanced IT and OT technical solutions and processes pertaining to OT tech governance</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Consult on plans for entry of new products in OT environments, including value propositions and analysis of customer processes</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work closely with partner organizations to integrate scalable OT products into IT solutions including strategies and roadmaps</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Lead the development and implementation of scalable OT and IT system integrations and process development for centralized visibility</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain a strong understanding of OT asset management principles and their applicability within Boeing environments, including the production processes they support</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work together with business stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of Tech Governance tools and processes to support oversight of operational technology</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve governance and oversight activities in support of downstream processes</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Interface with and effectively present workstream overviews, status, and risks to senior and/or executive leadership</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>5+ years of experience with Operational Technology</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>5+ years of experience with various IT technologies (e.g. Cloud Computing, Network Architectures, Software Development, Operating Systems, Databases, Financial Applications) and related processes, controls, risks</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>5+ years of experience with technology development planning and execution in collaboration with government agencies, suppliers and partners</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>5+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Information Technology Management or Systems Engineering</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>5+ years of experience with a configuration management database and customer requirement analysis to support factory operations and network-capable technologies</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with Operational tools and technology (e.g. Armis, Claroty, Palo Alto, etc.)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to travel both domestically and internationally</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience in IT and OT Asset Lifecycle Management</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with IT Auditing processes and methodologies</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with IT discovery tools and technology (e.g. Service Now, Workspace 1, etc.)</p>
</li>
</ul>
