  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
  • Proven track record in international B2B trading in the metals or scrap metals industry
  • Entrepreneurial mindset paired with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Results-driven personality with hands-on mentality and a strong focus on achieving commercial KPIs
  • Fast learner with outstanding problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a diverse team
  • Excellent command of English and at least one other language
  • Willingness to travel (~50%)
