This role requires a technically skilled, detail-oriented, and service-focused individual who is capable of providing solutions to enhance system functionality and support our end-users.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance over the phone, via email, or in person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for Mac and Windows environments, ensuring minimal downtime and high satisfaction levels.</li> <li>Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible, supporting the IT team’s efficiency and knowledge sharing.</li> <li>Hardware Management: Manage the inventory of hardware assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
