Our commitment to our colleagues across the globe is to provide the resources and opportunities they need to make a difference in our world while building a fulfilling career with us.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you do in this role and a Day in the Life:</b></p><p>Handle end-to-end delivery of REMS IT projects (Salesforce Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, integrations, data migrations, and reporting solutions).</p><p></p><p>Oversee planning, scope, timelines, and budgets using Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodologies.</p><p></p><p>Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA/Validation, Data Migration, and Release Management teams.</p><p></p><p>Drive cross-functional collaboration between business, compliance, validation, and IT teams.</p><p></p><p>Handle requirements through Jira/Confluence and ensure full traceability to validation artifacts (URS, FRS, PQ).</p><p></p><p>Define and run change requests (CRs) following established validation and audit processes.</p><p></p><p>Ensure data migration strategy, mapping, and validation align with system and program requirements.</p><p></p><p>Partner with external vendors and internal team members to ensure successful integrations (MuleSoft, SFTP, AWS, etc.).</p><p></p><p>Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain RAID logs and communicate status to leadership.</p><p></p><p>Support release planning, environment strategy (Dev, SIT, Validation, UAT, Production), and post-deployment validation.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Qualification Requirements:</b></u></p><p><b>Education Requirements:</b></p><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification</p><p></p><p><i>I</i><i>n some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.</i></p><p></p><p><b>Experience Requirements:</b></p><p>2+ years of experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above job duties.</p><p></p><p>Hands-on experience handling validated systems is required.</p><p></p><p>Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the IT and business transformation space is required.</p><p></p><p>Experience collaborating with Cross-functional teams is required.</p><p></p><p>Change control (CR) processes in a regulated environment (21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GxP) is required.</p><p></p><p>REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies) experience is required.</p><p></p><p>Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the IT and business transformation space is required.</p><p></p><p>Validated experience in successfully leading and running complex IT and/or business transformation projects is preferred.</p><p></p><p>Experience using Planview or other Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools preferred.</p><p></p><p>Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) preferred.</p><p></p><p>IT Data migrations is preferred.</p><p></p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</b></p><p>Salesforce Certified Administrator or Project Manager certification (PMP, PMI-ACP).</p><p></p><p>Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and  CI/CD understanding preferred.</p><p></p><p>Familiarity with REMS processes, FDA interactions, and life sciences program operations.</p><p></p><p>Knowledge of cloud integration patterns, data governance, and compliance reporting.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Location: <i>Fully remote in the US</i></span></b><span>.
