This role qualifies for a remote work arrangement. Candidates must reside in one of the states in our seven-state footprint in OH, MD, VA, NC, WV, MI and PA.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide project management support for the execution of projects within the Internal Communications & HR Departments as well as those that require collaboration with the Brand & Creative teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned) * Guide assigned projects through the project lifecycle in accordance with the Internal Communications communications and events planning processes, schedule and budget targets.

  • Creation/approval
  • Monitoring/Adjustments to Plan/Reporting
  • Implementation/Acceptance
  • Closure/Post Mortem Reviews
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings to guide project to completion.
  • Communicate project details (tasks, dependencies, schedules, etc.) to ensure ongoing alignment of projects for Internal Communications and across HR and the organization as appropriate.
  • Facilitate and/or support the facilitation of root cause analyses necessary to ensure the viability of proposed process enhancement requests.
  • Map processes and identify opportunities for process improvement. Work with supervisor to determine an appropriate approach to process improvement and methods to measure the improvement.
  • Receive estimates and secure budgets for creative development and monitor spending against approved budgets .
  • Manage project flow with internal Creative and/or external agencies and affiliated firms to ensure complete satisfaction and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee project update meetings with internal communications and design teams to ensure projects are moving according to timelines and creative solutions meet all requirements.
REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education
  • A four-year degree in a business, engineering, data science or computer science related field required.
Experience
  • 3 years project management related experience required; project management related to Communications/Events/Marketing or Advertising preferred.
  • Process mapping/process improvement experience preferred
  • Experience with Communications, Events or Production preferred
Licenses/Certifications
  • Project management and/or process improvement certifications preferred
Tools & Equipment
