Position Overview And Purpose
This role will be responsible for loading, unloading, stacking, sorting and segregating, and case picking product. This role may operate a pallet jack to accomplish some of the tasks above.

Essential Functions And Basic Duties
- Following proper handling procedure for products within the facility
- Working with accuracy and attention to detail on product orders
- Maintaining and working in a safe manner, in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards
- Palletizing goods and materials to put on trucks for transportation
- Successfully completing assigned tasks through coordination and teamwork with fellow warehouse employees and leaders
- Performing other duties as needed
Basic Qualifications
- High school graduate or general education degree (GED) from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be capable of learning and retaining the skills needed to work in a safe, productive manner
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Must possess have a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally as required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and change direction mid-stream
Job Level Qualifications
Warehouse Operator I:
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
Warehouse Operator II
- 3-4 years of forklift experience required.
- Understands the ability to move products in/out of a warehouse and can operate efficiently and safely.
Warehouse Operator III
- 5 years or more years of forklift experience required.
- Ability to operate a reach truck or high reach truck preferred but not required.
