About the position

The Director of Performance Marketing at LG Electronics is a pivotal role focused on leading customer acquisition efforts and driving revenue growth in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) space. This position involves developing, executing, and optimizing various pay-per-performance marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing and search marketing. The role requires strategic thought leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a strong analytical mindset to enhance acquisition and conversion for D2C sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth in the D2C space.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize pay-per-performance marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Oversee a team of 5 professionals in the performance marketing department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Establish effective performance marketing practices for LG.
  • Scale and expand Affiliate Marketing partnerships and other acquisition-driven strategies.
  • Set KPI goals for Performance Marketing and provide ongoing visibility on performance tracking.
  • Manage the annual budget and planning process for marketing campaigns.
  • Create and present performance marketing plans and updates to executive leadership.
  • Own Performance Marketing analytics, measurement plans, and performance reviews.
