Our client is searching for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to work on client-facing implementations, doing their test 360 process (end-to-end testing for when clients go live on "Client "Rx's Rx Claims system).

Key Responsibilities
  • This role is client interfacing and coordinating with the client to get data to test, managing the overall end-to-end testing.
  • Provide updates to the client and coordinate with all the teams.
  • Need to have the tactics of PM but also the analytical skills to be able to work with the business, understand the requirements to know if there are any risks or gaps – they are NOT looking for a PM who just checks a box.
Required Qualifications
  • Must have a strong understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management. Need to have the PBM experience, not just pharmacy exp or Rx claims exp. The focus is on PBM experience, and they do not need to have the tactical Rx claims experience. So have to have a business understanding of the various functional areas and what needs to be done, what a PBM does, and PBM industry knowledge.
  • Strong project management, PBM comfortable facing out to the client and able to bounce between executive level, project level, and dive into the weeds.
  • Maturity in communication skills and able to roll with the beatings when a client is unhappy, and redirect to keep forward motion. This PM role is working with their end client, who they are implementing for "Client "Rx. This PM role is in the Test360 organization, so high level understanding of testing to ensure the implementation will go smoothly.
