Overview:

We are a distribution logistics company currently looking for a part-time assistant to provide bookkeeping support using QuickBooks accounting software.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in computers, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Window’s Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Excellent communication skills – bilingual Spanish skills a plus.
  • QuickBooks accounting software Knowledge required.

Responsibilities:

- Processing payroll for the company and maintaining employee payroll records.

- Reconciling payroll accounts.

- Generating appropriate payroll reports.

- Collaborating with accountant to provide required payroll records.
