ServiceNow Analyst RemoteThis is a very exciting opportunity to join the ServiceNow Support Team as a Associate, Application Development Support. ServiceNow is an industry leading cloud-based platform that provides a suite of applications used across Lincoln to automate IT and business processes. This position collaborates with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure the platform operates efficiently, supports business processes, and aligns with best practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has foundational knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ServiceNow functionalities. What you'll be doing • Collaborate with key stakeholders and management to gather and support prioritization of complex business requirements, providing recommendations, managing expectations and communicating progress effectively • Continuously prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team is focused on the highest value work • Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business needs, customer feedback, and technical considerations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies • Partner with Platform Owner and other stakeholders to understand Process Owner needs, emerging trends to refine the roadmap • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices to continuously improve the platform What we're looking for Must-haves:• 2 Year/Associates degree (or equivalent work experience) • 1-2 years of experience with ServiceNow administration or IT service management tools. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months. • Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management). • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform components, including workflows, forms and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide, PowerShell). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS, XML, JSON) and relational databases is a plus.Nice-to-haves: • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) or related domains or ServiceNow modules • ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated experience thinking outside of the box to provide creative and effective solutions • Proven ability to be adaptable, agile and flexible to provide creative solutions • Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or HR Service Delivery. • Exposure to integration tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, JDBC) and ServiceNow APIs. • Understanding of Agile or DevOps methodologies.
