YOUR IMPACT As the New Gym Openings Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating, instructing, and providing guidance to franchisees throughout every stage of new gym openings. In this role, your primary goal will be to achieve profitable outcomes before the new gym opening and within the initial six months of gym operation by directly overseeing and managing the daily operations of pre-sales and ramping gyms. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES New Gym Sales and Marketing Excellence & Performance • Drive alignment across Crunch and the franchisee team on sales and marketing goals, tasks, roles and responsibilities, etc. at each stage of the new gym opening process. • Support marketing efforts for the gym’s pre-sale phase, including social media, B2B marketing, and field marketing initiatives to generate awareness, interest, and build a customer base. • Assist in organizing events and promotions aimed at attracting members during the pre-sale phase, helping to drive awareness and memberships. • Working with the relevant Directors, lead and support the promotion of fitness services. • Oversee and ensure the gym meets sales KPIs during the pre-sale phase, driving accountability and communicating progress to hit agreed on membership and sales targets. New Gym Operational Excellence & Performance • Drive alignment across Crunch and the franchisee team on operational support needs, timings/schedule, roles, responsibilities, etc. at each stage of the new gym opening process. • Collaborate with the Group Fitness Director and Personal Training Director to ensure the personal training & group fitness programs are ready to launch in time for the gym’s opening. • Conduct training sessions (3) for franchisees and gym staff, covering essential sales and operations processes. • Review, communicate, and manage pre-opening checklists, communication with franchisees, and follow-up with vendors to ensure all operational processes are in place before the gym opens. • Ensure all operational and sales efforts are functioning smoothly leading up to and after the gym’s opening. • Provide administrative support with all systems and processes via pre-opening checklists, franchisee communication, and vendor follow-up. Leadership & Brand Alignment • Serve as a mentor and resource to franchise teams, promoting a culture of accountability, inclusivity, continuous improvement and high performance. • Ensure consistency in the delivery of Crunch’s values, mission, and member experience. • Promote and uphold Crunch’s brand standards, delivering a consistent, high-quality experience across all franchise locations. • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering community engagement, and enhancing Crunch’s reputation and customer loyalty.
