IT help with email / domains / Squarespace / Microsoft weirdness id-4460

I just need to be able to check email through Outlook, have my website viewable, and use MS365 as normal again... Everything is automated, web based, etc. now and the apps I'm using don't seem to play nice anymore. I used to be able to figure this stuff out myself but I just can't and don't want to.

I registered domains with a company called instapro.net about 20 years ago and I think they are my problem. The email addresses using these domains are the ones I've always used. I can't seem to get them setup on Outlook properly anymore. The registrar doesn't seem to communicate with Squarespace anymore. It doesn't work to try to get them transferred to Squarespace or another domain host. I want to switch registrars but I wouldn't mind some guidance on that.
