Overview

As a Freelance Social Media Manager at Crisp, you will take full ownership of our organic social media strategy to build brand visibility, grow our audience, and drive engagement among law firm owners. Your work will position us as a trusted leader in this niche by creating and repurposing content that resonates deeply with our target audience. You’ll manage your own content calendar, work independently, and collaborate with our marketing team to ensure every piece of content aligns with business goals and reflects our distinct brand voice.

A core focus of this role involves repurposing existing assets into high-performing content across platforms, as well as scripting and creating new unique content tailored specifically for our target audience.

What You'll Be Doing

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct experience developing and executing organic social media strategies with measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of effective content hooks, storytelling, and the nuanced strategies required to effectively engage a professional B2B audience—ideally law firm owners or similar executive-level decision-makers.
  • Proven expertise extracting and repurposing key moments from presentations, podcasts, or recordings into platform-specific social content.
  • Expertise in creating original social content, with the ability to script posts and brief creative teams for brand-aligned outputs.
  • Proficiency in analyzing social media data to drive specific improvements in content strategy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and communicate deliverables and requests effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Bonus, But Not Required

  • Experience utilizing AI-based tools in content planning, repurposing, and creation.
  • Experience recommending or managing paid social campaigns to amplify organic content.
  • Skills in video editing to refine or produce short-form social media clips.
  • Ability to create graphics or visual assets for social posts using design tools.
