Position Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Customer Service Representative and help train AI chatbots to deliver high-quality interactions. This flexible, remote role offers you the opportunity to work on engaging projects while choosing your own schedule.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Engage in conversations with chatbots to measure their progress.
  • Create new conversations to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
  • Contribute to AI development by improving chatbot functionality and ensuring response accuracy.
