Collections Specialist (Full Onsite) id-7270

We are looking for a highly motivated Collections Specialist to join our growing team in BGC, Taguig. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This is a full-time onsite role with a shifting schedule, so flexibility is key!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

  • Contact clients to arrange payment plans and follow up on past-due accounts

  • Negotiate payment terms and resolve customer billing issues

  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities in the system

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address billing concerns.
