TikTok Shop & E-commerce Operations Specialist

Other Jobs To Apply

I am looking for a highly efficient TikTok Shop & Shopify Operations Manager to take over the technical backend of a basketball equipment brand. We are currently scaling through high-level athlete partnerships (including Ryan Razooky) and need the store infrastructure to be professional, automated, and error-free.

This is a backend operations role, NOT an outreach/marketing role.

Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop Optimization: Audit and optimize current product listings (Weighted Balls, Cones, Pads) for high conversion within the TikTok ecosystem.

Affiliate Program Management: Set up and manage tiered affiliate commissions:

Open Plan: 10% for general creators.

Targeted Plan: 15–20% for elite "Status" partners.

Ad Commission: Set up a specific 5% rate for sales driven by Spark Ads/Paid traffic.

Sample Fulfillment Logic: Configure "Sample Request" rules (e.g., set criteria for who gets free samples or the "Unlock" rule where gear is sent after the first sale).

Shopify-TikTok Sync: Ensure the Shopify-TikTok Shop integration is flawless, including inventory syncing, order flow, and tracking numbers.

Dashboard Reporting: Monitor TikTok Shop health metrics to ensure we maintain "Elite" status and avoid shipping/cancellation penalties.

Proven Experience: You MUST have set up and managed TikTok Shops for US-based brands before.

Shopify Expert: Expert-level knowledge of the Shopify-TikTok integration.

Process-Oriented: You don't need to be a basketball fan, but you must be a "systems" person.

Speed: We have active influencers posting now; I need someone who can jump in and have the backend dialed in within 48 hours.

How to Apply:

Please start your application with the word "BACKEND." Tell me about one brand you have successfully integrated with TikTok Shop and how you handled their affiliate commission tiers.
