This role involves designing and producing dynamic visual content to support organizational initiatives and collaborating with various teams to enhance message clarity and engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise, design, and deliver high-quality visual assets including videos, animations, infographics, and digital graphics tailored for SDS programs.
  • Apply advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Design and execute motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated explainers that simplify complex operational processes.
  • Integrate VFX and SFX into video content to enhance storytelling, realism, and viewer engagement.
  • Ensure all assets adhere to SDS branding guidelines and are optimised for multi-format delivery.
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters and comms teams to storyboard and visualise concepts from ideation to final delivery.
  • Manage timelines for post-production processes including editing, colour grading, sound mixing, and file formatting.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders through iterative feedback loops and lead productive creative reviews.
  • Proactively drive innovation by exploring new design formats, visual trends, and emerging tools to elevate the impact of SDS visual communications.

Skills

  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia design projects
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in visual design, video production, or animation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience creating content for multiple formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
  • Working knowledge of VFX/SFX integration and sound design basics
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual stories
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on brand-aligned visual assets
