Wyndham Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Operations Support Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our hotel operations by assisting with various tasks and providing support to our guests and team members.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members.
  2. Assist with various tasks related to hotel operations, including but not limited to reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing.
  3. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
  4. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and provide support when needed.
  7. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to accurately assist guests and answer questions.
  8. Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback, striving to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  9. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the guest experience.
  11. Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, such as during busy check-in/check-out times or when dealing with difficult guests.
  12. Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  13. Adhere to company standards and guidelines at all times.
  14. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
