Lead solution design impacting multiple teams' backlogs. Define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. Responsible for guiding the design and implementation of technical strategies that support every aspect of our business. Assess projects technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. Work with other architects and functional leaders to ensure that all designs are clear for execution. Act as a key technical leader, driving alignment and clarity across stakeholder groups. Provide architecture delivery support across teams within your delivery unit and actively drive solution alignment between Architects, Sr Architects, Sr. Software Engineers, Lead Engineers, Program & Project Managers, and Product, Business & Engineering leadership. Act as solution design lead for projects and initiatives that require cross-team collaboration spanning an entire Director+ level organization. Delegate tasks to Architects, Sr. Architects, Software Engineers, and Sr. Software Engineers. Focus on working through others to achieve delivery goals and drive successful business outcomes. Represent architectural perspectives and needs during cross-functional roadmap development. Seek and drive alignment with multiple Product Managers or primary Business stakeholders. Ensure that product/business solutions align to organizational technology strategy.Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days/week.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.QualificationsMust have a Bachelors in Information Technology or a related field plus 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions on cloud-based architectures or a combination of cloud and on-prem.Of the required experience must have 6 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):Problem solving at an enterprise architect level and performing root cause analysis for issues;Developing software towards an architecture vision;Working with agile project delivery methodologies;Using data management tools (data lake, Tableau, Power BI, or relational databases);Experience in building data warehouse and customer 360 platforms using Snowflake and Databricks; andDesigning data products and data architectureOf the required experience must have 5 years in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):Delivering or architecting marketing technologies including Customer 360; andBuilding or working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):Reviewing the work of junior technology professionals and providing performance feedback; andArchitecture and design of marketing, advertising, and data platformsMust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.Workplace arrangementThis role is classified as Hybrid under our global SSC Workplace Policy.In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. The typical hiring range for this position is from $185,000.00 - $205,000.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
