Dein Job? In kurzen, ehrlichen Gesprächen herausfinden: Passt das Coaching wirklich zu ihnen?
Du verkaufst nichts – du klärst. Du überredest nicht – du verstehst.
Wenn’s passt, leitest du sie weiter zum Beratungsgespräch.

Aufgaben

Was dich erwartet:

  • Keine Kaltakquise – nur echte Leads, die Interesse gezeigt haben
  • Klare Gesprächsleitfäden (BANT-Methode, keine Black-Magic-Tricks)
  • Täglicher Austausch & ehrliches Feedback im Team
  • Remote-Work: Du arbeitest von wo du willst (Donnerstag–Samstag besonders wichtig)
  • 15–25 €/h auf Freelance-Basis
  • Strukturiertes Onboarding + Videotraining

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Du kannst gut zuhören und Menschen schnell einschätzen
  • Du sprichst klar, ehrlich und auf Augenhöhe
  • Du bist zuverlässig, lernbereit und bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Du hast Laptop, stabiles Internet, Kamera & Headset
  • Vorerfahrung im Coaching-/Sales-Umfeld? Super. Aber kein Muss!
