About the position
The Digital Junior Account Manager at Compulse will assist in the day-to-day management of key client accounts within the broadcast/national business. - Assist the Digital Account Managers and account management team with support of key client accounts.
- Traffic orders and monitor, analyze, and report on campaigns.
- Manage the day-to-day optimization of multiple low to mid-tiered accounts with campaigns running digital products such as CTV, search engine marketing, social media marketing, and programmatic.
- Resolve issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Work with vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns.
- Become well-versed in the agency's digital offerings and media plans.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of products and campaign management.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with clients.
- Work efficiently within the company's software applications.
- Engage on camera for company/team/client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and train other members as needed.
Requirements
- Two years of experience with digital marketing products including programmatic, social media, search, and CTV.
- Highly professional communication skills, including excellent grammar and copy-writing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Proficient in finding solutions and diffusing customer issues.
- Strong listening skills and empathy towards clients.
- Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently and independently.
- Organized and excels at multi-tasking.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Atlassian Jira.
- Experience in Operative order management system.
- Baseline knowledge of industries such as automotive, home services, education, medical, and legal.
