The team consists of many small agile teams that work together in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our team is also, responsible for tasks such as Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security and enhancing other critical, leading-edge missile defense technologies.<br><br><strong>Who You Are<br><br></strong>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will need to utilize good communication skills and good organizational skills to facilitate collaboration across the many organizations necessary to accomplish challenging missions.<br><br><strong>The Work<br><br></strong>In this role you will oversee the full lifecycle of test event data—collecting, processing, delivering, and ensuring the integrity of data from a variety of MDS ground and flight tests, as well as international events. Key responsibilities include handling real‑world event (RWE) data requests, providing analysts with accurate “truth” data, managing server and NAS storage, archiving data in accordance with System Test processes, and generating status reports on data processing and delivery. You will coordinate closely with FFRDC and contractor analysts, Execution Leads, System Integrators, program leadership, and Government customers to support mission‑critical testing activities.
