Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products, services, and policies. Your goal is to deliver outstanding support while ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting CVS Healths commitment to accessible, affordable care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers.

  • Assist members with inquiries regarding prescriptions, benefits, billing, and account information.

  • Document all interactions in the internal systems accurately and thoroughly.

  • De-escalate issues, offer resolutions, and follow up on unresolved matters.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues or concerns.

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and CVS Health procedures.

  • Promote a customer-centric culture by treating each individual with empathy and patience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
