Full Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and motivated by results and self-improvement.
  • Experience with cold/warm calling and outbound calling.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn.
  • Capable of making smart decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A performance mindset.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, along with general email/internet.
  • Experience using various Google Drive applications to include but not limited to Google Sheets and Google Docs is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM and/or computerized inventory systems is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibility required.
  • Ability to work a schedule including mandatory Fridays and Saturdays.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
  • Work/personal experience with motorcycles is a plus.

Schedule:

  • 5 days/week, up to 46 hours
  • WEEKDAYS: 8:45am - 7pm
  • SATURDAYS: 7:45am - 6pm
  • SUNDAYS: 8:45am - 5p
  • 1 hour lunch
  • Friday & Saturday are mandatory, NO EXCEPTIONS
