About the position

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Cashier to join our dynamic team at Buffalo Wild Wings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Host/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while managing the cash register and assisting with various food service tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage seating arrangements and maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods.
  • Process customer orders accurately using the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale systems.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing.
  • Assist guests with inquiries about the menu and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest relations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including the cashier station.
