Your role involves close collaboration with demand generation and product marketing managers to plan and execute effective demand generation and adoption strategies for our customer base. You thrive in funnel analytics and speak in acronyms like MQL, SQL, ROI and CVR. You love the science of marketing as much as the art and enjoy building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns. You will work with world-class product teams and new emerging businesses within Atlassian.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop targeted audience segmentation to deliver more relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion.</li><li>Partner closely with fellow demand generation experts and product marketers to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and always-on marketing campaigns across email, web personalization, advertising, content syndication, and event follow-up.</li><li>Understand Atlassian's products and customer journeys relating to Rovo and other solutions.</li><li>Expand our distribution footprint beyond owned channels like blog, email, in-product, and social through testing and experimentation.</li><li>Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership. This is a high visibility role.</li><li>Leverage marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to increase demand.</li><li>Collaborate with product marketing, performance marketing, and other key internal customers to build targeted campaigns and highlight resources throughout the entire buyer journey.</li><li>Report and provide insights into campaign performance and customer journey progress.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>On Your First Day, We'll Expect You Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>4+ years of experience in demand generation across B2B.</li><li>Extensive experience implementing marketing programs and processes.</li><li>Extraordinary program management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.</li><li>A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.</li><li>Hyper-focused attention to detail, ensuring that trains stay on the tracks.</li><li>Expertise across email marketing and paid channels.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys.</li><li>Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities is a big plus.</li><li>The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done.</li><li>Bonus point if you have AI adoption marketing experience.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Compensation<br><br></strong><strong>Skills<br><br></strong>At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:<br><br>Zone A: $105,800 - $141,000<br><br>Zone B: $95,200 - $126,900<br><br>Zone C: $87,800 - $117,000<br><br>This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.<br><br>Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
